THE FIRST THING I DISCOVERED WHEN I FELL PREGNANT WAS THAT THERE WAS A LONG LIST OF ‘SHOULDS’ AND ‘SHOULD NOTS’ TO GET ON TOP OF WHEN IT CAME TO PREGNANCY FOOD AND EXERCISE.

The problem was, the list was endless and I had no idea where to draw the line. Some were easy – no alcohol, steer clear of saunas and no bungee jumping – but I also found there were some murky waters. With a few tweaks however, I found out how I could do the best for me and my little one.
