I love to read to my kids. I love words. I love how they flow and connect and the stories they tell. I also, at times, enjoy the magic that can happen when books don’t have words. Somehow reading a wordless book together can spark the imagination in ways that a book with text does not. This was the case for my sons and I when we read the magical ‘Return’. ‘Return’ is the third book in the ‘Journey’ trilogy by Aaron Becker but the story can certainly be read alone.
